Biological controls don't exist for viruses. They do exist for aphids.

Lady beetles are good bio-controls for aphids, but there are a lot more aphids than there are lady beetles, and lady beetles can't eat all of the aphids in an orchard. A few surviving aphids could infect a lot of trees.
